   • Run the full sales cycle from site visits and RFQs to quotations, contracts and closing, generating 50+ qualified RFQs in my first three months and closing several deals.
   • Visit 15+ customers a week across manufacturers and traders, turning their requirements into priced solutions with the pricing and operations teams.
   • Onboarded 2 carrier partners and completed the company's two-month business development and logistics training program.
   • Use Claude daily for quotations, proposals, prospect trackers and outreach scripts through its Gmail, Google Drive and Calendar connections, and built custom Claude Skills for repeat document workflows such as vendor registrations.

   • Managed key B2B accounts (Tamimi Markets, Tree Insurance, MoneyDo, AON): gathered requirements, defined scopes and handled client communication through delivery. Won 4 of 9 pitched accounts through tailored proposals.
   • Recruited and managed a freelance team covering SEO, TikTok ads and Instagram ads, including SEO delivery for Tree Insurance, and brought in freelance designers for wireframes and UI/UX work.
   • Ran Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns with A/B testing, SEO/ASO and KPI tracking, using AI to analyze ad performance for client reports and spend decisions.
   • Maintained the company website on WordPress, improving UX/UI and mobile usability, and prepared quotations, claims and tax documents on Daftara ERP.

5. 01/2021 – 02/2025Jeddah

   Product Owner

   Taurus Human-Centered Design

   • Delivered a blockchain proof of concept for the confidential NEOM Technology Project, designed for 10,000 users and 100,000 transactions per minute, owning FRDs, user journeys and Agile delivery.
   • Ran UAT with a NEOM focus group and turned the feedback into reports that shaped the next iteration.
   • Led discovery for the MAG (Al Majal Alarabi Group) and Dirah Development websites: benchmarking, wireframes with the UX/UI team, and deployment.
   • Managed the MAG website's content on WordPress and coordinated with the design team and developers on design and layout changes. The site is still live today.
   • Tested CMe Jobs, a video CV hiring app later acquired by a Canadian company, before release through UAT and TestFlight QA cycles.
   • Coordinated the App Store release of MetaEarth, an AR social app.
